• Payment is made by credit or debit cards via the “Book now” button.
• 50% of the balance is due to secure the booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before arrival and is taken automatically (if the first payment made by card rather than bank transfer). 
• If the booking is made within 30 days of the start date, then the full balance is due immediately.

• No, but a pre-authorisation on your payment card to the value of £250 is held as security against any unlikely damage.
• The hold will be released 2 days after departure. No monies will be debited without contacting you first.

• In very rare cases Superhog may subsequently require ID upload to complete the verification.
• Superhog will not sell or pass on personal data to any third party. All personal information is encrypted, ensuring all personal identifying information remains protected. 
• Verification is undertaken on the lead/booking guest only. 
• Verification is not required for returning guests. 

Yes, all designated car parking spaces have access to a standard domestic plug socket free of charge, except Hideaway, where guests have access is to three shared 7kW PodPoint charging points in the marina village, at a tariff of 85p/kWh.
