Cots are standard UK travel size (100 cm x 74 cm), suitable from birth to 36 months and for babies up to 15kg.

Please note we do provide a cot mattress but not cot bedding.  

• “Know Your Guest” screening is undertaken by Superhog, the industry’s leading guest screening provider. 
• Before the booking begins you will need to have your details verified by Know Your Guest. Fear not, the process takes less than 60 seconds and only requires input of basic contact details and a date of birth. 
• In very rare cases Superhog may subsequently require ID upload to complete the verification.
• Superhog will not sell or pass on personal data to any third party. All personal information is encrypted, ensuring all personal identifying information remains protected. 
• Verification is undertaken on the lead/booking guest only. 
• Verification is not required for returning guests. 

Yes, all designated car parking spaces have access to a standard domestic plug socket free of charge, except Hideaway, where guests have access is to three shared 7kW PodPoint charging points in the marina village, at a tariff of 85p/kWh.
